Here at 61 Surplus, our passion and desire is to help orphaned children. We exist to aid kids around the world who are barely given a chance at life. Our goal is to reach children in a way that sustains them, breathes life into them, surrounds them in love and gives them hope. We understand how immense this challenge is, but that won't stop us from trying.
The Bible tells us over and over how important it is to love. To love in the most sincerest way. To care for the hurting, help the helpless and reach out to the abandoned.
Isaiah 61:1 Bring good news to the poor, bind up the brokenhearted, and proclaim liberty to the captives.
Deuteronomy 15:11 You shall open your hands to your brother, to
the needy and to the poor, in your land.
Psalm 9:18 For the needy shall not always be forgotten, and the hope of the poor shall not perish forever.
James 1:27 Visit the widows and the orphans in their affliction.
These verses are what we live for.
100% of 61 Surplus' profits are donated to established orphan care ministries around the world. The resources we have provided these ministries have varied from buying a sawmill to providing medicine to funds for constructing an orphanage and the list goes on. We do our best to get the absolute most out of the funds that have been provided through our company.
We are so grateful for the support that has been shown to us by people from all over the country. The excitement and encouragement that we have received has given us momentum to continually work harder to grow our business so that we can help more orphans.
